If one chooses to pop up a list to select a type of new entry from the two options to do so ("new" icon at bottom of the screen view, or from menu list), the order of the options is sorted differently.
From the "new" icon, it's:
Annual Event
Weekly Meeting
Meeting
Call
ToDo
From the menu list, it's"
New Meeting
New Annual Event
New Weekly Meeting
New Call
New ToDo
These should be consistent. Of the two, I prefer keeping the Meeting, Call and ToDo together.
But my real preference would be that Annual Event and Weekly Meeting not be in either of these lists. I think it's a step away from AN's cherished intuitive interface.
One HAS to choose on of the original options (Meeting, Call or ToDo), whereas the two new items are optional; and are already available with one tap into the Repeat configurations.
Perhaps my view on this will fall on deaf ears at this point, and I can live with the new layout... but, I'm disappointed iambic has strayed from their elegant interface for an insufficiently-valid reason.
