YourCall Works Sometimes on Treo 650

I have version 1.51 of YourCall on my Treo 650 and it suddenly started only working some of the time. I have not noticed a pattern, but it was working correctly for quite some time. Now occasionally its screen will popup but most of the time it does not ask me if I want to do something after the a call in or out of my cell phone.

Has anyone had the same experience? Any suggestions?

This seems strange that it would only suddenly stop showing.
Can you try simply reinstalling? Do you have it set to disable during any part of the day? If neither of these help, then....

Can you provide me with a list of the other 3rd party applications you have installed? Have you installed anything recently?

YourCall worked once yesterday. It was for a phone number that was not in my address book. I have tried calling my cell phone from numbers that are in my address book and it does not appear to work. I am not sure the address book is the key, but it was the only time it worked yesterday.

The only new application that I installed recently is KeyCaps. I tried disabling it and that did not change the operation of YourCall. I tried reinstalling the application and resetting the Treo and that did not help.

Is it worth uninstalling keycaps or does disabling do the trick?

When I reinstall YourCall is it a good idea to delete the application first? I did not do this for the reinstall that I tried.

I have none of the check boxes checked in the Preference settings for YourCall.

I tried disabling keycaps600 during phone use and that did not work.

Try this:
1. Uninstall both YC and KeyCaps
2. Soft reset
3. Install only YC
4. Launch YC
5. Go to Menu>Tools
6. Tap on Refresh Now
7. Make/Receive a call several times to check

Also, you may try disabling TealScript.. That's a hack.
