I received the e-mail for the upgrade and I have downloaded the VM for Windows desktop - I no longer use the PPC version I originally purchased. When I try to launch the file for the upgrade I receive the errors in the attached file.

Can anyone from Iambic respond? I am only interested in the desktop version - using WinXP.

This could be that VM is looking for ActiveSync and not finding it. I realize you are no longer using the handheld version, but do you still have ActiveSync on your PC? If not can you try installing it (even if you don't need it), then try reinstalling VM and see if it goes. If so, you should then be able to uninstall ActiveSync.
