Vehicle Man isn't working on my Smartphone

I have tried all day to get the upgrade working on my WM5 Smartphone, without luck. It works okay on my computer and recognizes the old data. On my Smartphone it will open up, show my two vehicles, but will not show the data when I click on either vehicle.

Also, I cannot get any sync w/ Activesync. Vehicle Manager doesn't showup on the Activesync screen.

Any ideas. I have installed and uninstalled both several times.

On Activesync, when I click tool/options there is a list of programs to be synced. Vehicle Manager shows up on the list but doesn't have a checkbox next to it like the others.

Ok, please try this:
1. Disconnect your device from Active Sync
2. Close ActiveSync
3. Uninstall the PC app
4. Reinstall it
5. Just to be extra safe install the .exe of the handheld app too to make sure everything that's necessary gets deployed.

I disconnected, closed activesync, uninstalled and re-installed on PC, then re-installed on phone, but that meant re-connecting with Activesync. It didn't work - Vehicle Manager was not listed as a program that was syncing - tho it remains on the list on Activesync tools/options w/ no checkbox.

I have done the same thing with my smartphone (blackjack) with the same results.
