Propel Serious Problem.

I loaded Propel onto my TX today. I was check out the different features and now my palm is frozen. I have done a reset several time and it keeps coming up to the same screen in propel and everything is frozen.

Please help!!:cry:

For instance, you can try a warm-reset (I do not have a T|X, but I guess it should be done by clicking on the reset and -at the same time- holding on one of the frontal buttons -the second from right to left). That should enable you to start your device without Propel running. Then you could try to unistall it and reinstall it (reset your device before attempting to reinstall it).

What you are suggesting will cause a zero out reset, wiping out everything on the Tx. Just do a reset by depressing the reset button on the back.....

Okay a zero out or hard reset is in order. See the above link.

After doing the reset and before you hotsync, erase propel from your backup directory on your PC.

HI,

sorry you are having trouble here. I'm afraid I'm not sure what is up.
From your description it sounds like Propel is being launched when the sd card gets mounted after a reset. If you just take out your sd card, then you can probably do a standard reset and recover.

I don't know why it would be freezing. Was it running ok on your TX before this started happening?
