Agendus crashes when using Lotus Notes R5 as the default Windows email client. If you send a new email it opens a new email window as it should and then Agendus crashes with the following dumps:

AGENDUSPRO caused an invalid page fault in
module MSVCRT.DLL at 017f:7800d269.

and if you hit close then this one comes up:

and no matter how many times you hit close it doesn't go away, you can't even restart you have to manually turn off the computer.

Agendus has not crashed at any time otherwise and I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times to make sure there is no corrupt file. Also, I never have any other programs crash when they access Lotus Notes to send an email, i.e. Internet Explorer.

Any ideas?

* Do you use Agendus with Outlook or Palm Desktop data?
* Do you have Outlook installed on your PC?

Thanks, Sergiy

Specifically which part do you want. For the mail one it is fine but the entire Windows one is too large, please advise which specific areas of the Windows file you want.

Bruce

Could you please post nmailman.dll file located at c:\notes\file on your PC? For that it pass forum security, before attaching it to your post, please copy it to some temporary folder, rename to nmailman.dll.txt and then attach.

And one more question. Do you have any another software that allows to create and send emails using Lotus Notes installed on your PC? If so, what exactly that software is (name, version)?

Thanks, Sergiy

The other program I use is ACT! 2000 Build 5.0.0.178and it works flawlessly. I hope this helps. Also, anytime I am on a web page and I click on a hyperlink to email someone it launches Lotus Notes fine and works just fine as well.

Also I use ACT! 2000 build 5.0.0.178 and it works flawlessly. Also, if I click on a hyperlink on a web page to send someone email, say technical support for a web site, it works just fine as well. I hope this helps.

Let me know if you need anything else.
