Can't contact support

I am REALLY frustrated with iambic. I downloaded the trial of Vehicle Manager but when I try to make an entry, it will not record it. I would purchase the program since they say there is a refund option but I can't see how to contact them for it. I'm not going to do business with a company I can't contact. Also, the online help is never there that I can see. Am I missing something?
