Suggestions and Tips Request

I'm trying out SalesWarrior. Already have Agendus Premier.

I'm in vacation sales. My commission varies by each item I sell.

Suggestions (some will be repeats from other's posts):
1. Commission varies by product and/or item. Item selection overrides product setting.
2. Larger notes area. I don't know what the allowable size is now but I do know I've tried pasteing text 1 paragraph larger than the screen and it was not allowed.

Tips:

I'd like to hear how others are using SalesWarrior.
