Hello team - Job well done!

Three questions:



I pre-purchased AGWM back in January during the beta period, but have not yet installed it, for reasons I won't even try to go into here. When I was finally able to start to install it, I came to the beta forum to get the latest release and saw that it had been officially released. The website of course will only allow me to d/l a trial of 1.0 - no idea which build it is. Then I saw build 109 on the forum. What is my best bet for installing and activating? Can I directly install 109 and activate it? Or must I install a beta build first? I use a Cingular 8125 and the Microsoft uninstall bug (due to improper memory-management function) make it so difficult to install newer versions, so I try to avoid that at all costs.


Can AGWM be installed to my storage card? I am not asking for the "official" recommended company line, but an honest answer - has it been successfully run from storage? I am keenly aware of timing of starting issues due to transfer time from the card upon startup, and I will not be upset if it takes a half minute to start because of this.


If it absolutely cannot be run from storage, then at least icons should be able to be stored on the storage card, as they are not required for operation of the application. Can I place them on the storage card? I have no qualms at all about manually changing the registry key that tells AGWM where to find its icons.

quick answers for you here:

1- you can install the released build 108 over any previous beta build as well as as a fresh installation. The activation code you'll obtain (or already obtained) will work with them.

2- you can install it either in main memory or memory card. No difference. Works fine either way.

that should be fine. We din't release yet cause it's specifically geared to troubleshoot a startup problem we are having with some user, but QA earlier confirmed me it's good for general use too.

Installed -along with my million or so icons! (I already had Rich Ketelson's Platinum set from AWOE).

Now to get it all setup and customized.
