Contact Issue

In the contacts view, my contacts are not alphabatizing. They seem to be listed randomly. I use the no grouping feature and it still does no. when I use group by name it does, but I am not a fan of that view.

Secondly, is there going to be an update when in the contact view you can use the enter button to dial the phone number versus using the stylus?

I'm not able to reproduce the sorting issue you've described. What sorting option do you have selected at Prefs>Contacts?

Regarding dialing using the "enter" button...What device are you using? Are you referring to the dpad center, or the enter button on the virtual keyboard or does your device have a hard "enter" button?

in preferences, contacts, I have it to sort last, first. In the contacts screen on the top menu there is a group by option. I use no grouping but the names still seem to group and are not alhabetical. I use a Treo 700wx and presds the center button

Changing contact name format to last, first or any other applies name change and re-sorting everything properly. May be there is something else you have done in order to reproduce the issue?
