In your example of preference menu, there is colors and icons. I only get icons and have no menu for colors

I did do what you rcommended this morning when I got the email that the product was released. I deleated all the files from the handheld device, re booted, reloaded the new download, but it still came up the same. I will try again

I have done everything you said. I even did a hard reset on my TREO 700wx and redownloaded the link and still nothing has changed. one thing I have noticed is that the link say the size ia 2.48MB and on my device it says 2.36.

Please advise

Michael, I did a hard reset on my TREO 700wx. Did not sync with my server until I downloaded what you suggested. I am still getting the old menus. I am not sure I am getting the newest download

I am using build 109 and preferences says

contacts
meetings
task settings
task defaults
all views
today view
agenda view
week view
month view
themes
icon defaults
online services
programms

but no colors and icons
