Syncing with Outlook

When I create a new meeting, the icons work fine, but it seems when my device syncs and brings messages over from outlook, it won't take the icon

Sorry for the delay here. Do you have the exact same icon set in AGWM as you are using in AGW?

Yes, same icons. Agendus is the only 3rd party app I use so I only use icons that are built in. I don't know whether it is my device or what, but this new Agendus app does not work well with my active sync, or my device. So I keep trying.
