Since there is no manual yet and I have not heard back from tech services, I will ask here.

I loaded on my Dell x51v which was working perfectly. The Agendus caused it to crash. I restarted and it hangs up. I reinstalled 3 times and still get the same response. It is mainly when I tried to add an icon to an appointment, but it happened also when just checking appointments.

I really like the program's features, but it seems the download needs some help.
I have removed the program and my Dell is fine again (installed backup copy).

Is there any help for this progrm and the Axim, or di I waste $19.5?

I also have the Axim X51v, but I don't have the same problems you are referring to.

Do you use any today screen plug-ins that use the calendar data (Pocket Breeze, etc.)?

When you say it crashes, do you mean your Axim is totally frozen (i.e. can't access start menu, etc.) or only Agendus?

I do not have anything using the Today. I have MemMaid as a running program.

The whole PC is stuck. No button work for Agendus or the other programs and I need to do a soft reset to start again.

Agendus for Windows mobile is designed for Axim x51v, I'm having this device myself and debugging Agendus on it.

First of all please make sure that you have build 111, which is the most recent version officially available for download. Is you do then please attach your AgendusM.log file, it may help us to understand what's wrong on your end, you may find this file in the same folder where Agendus in installed on your device.

I am using build 111. I have reloaded the program. I tried to upload the file but got an invalid log error.

Hi vaxguy,

Have you tried downloading the newest build 115 located here: http://support.iambic.com/forum/showthread.php?t=27533

Yes. I just downloaded the new build and all my problems seemed to go away. The only thing I can't do is is enter my unlock code. I get an invalid code response. I don't know if this affect the program, since it is a beta release.

I'm glad to hear that your problems dissolved with the new build.

As far as entering your unlock code, it should work regardless if you are running a beta build or not - I registered mine many builds ago and it worked fine.

Can you please double check to make sure you have entered all the characters correctly when trying to unlock the software?
