YourCall - Delay in appearing - Bug?

Hi,

I have the latest version of Your Call installed on my 650, I like the app, have alot of things I would like to see added, but my problem is sometimes it takes 10-20 seconds for the Your Call screen to pop up after a call, I can even go and do other things before it pops up.

Is this happening to anyone else? How can I fix it.

How many contacts do you have? Can you afford to purge your call log?

I have 996 records according to the info page - Contacts - Agendus shows 631 rec... I can purge the call log, but would prefer to keep the last few months if I can..

How do I do that?

Not sure why records would matter as some times it pops up fast and others not, unless it is just a straight numerical search or something?

well it's matching up the number with your contacts if not known via call log. Try using the refresh Tool in YC.

Ok, seems like Iambic has hit a wall in putting out updates for Your Call - and it is still super slow - sometimes taking up to 20 min to show up after I hang up from a call.

What can be done to make this potentially handy software reliable and fast?

I would say you need to perform a hard reset if you are actually waiting 20 minutes for the your call screen and it eventually comes up. I just performed a reset thinking I could do away with the slowdown on my 700p I thought if I performed clean installs of all apps I would get some speed back. Not so, it seems slower than before.
