Missing display of week number

I'm working currently with beta 117.

In week view I can select "Choose week" from the drop down list. This opens a month overview. Here I'd like to be able to see the numbers of the weeks by adding an additional column at the left hand side of the grid.

Alternatively/optionally you could provide a feature to select a specific week number directly.

I know that many people like week numbers. Good suggestion. I am just curious. Would you mind sharing why this works better for you? I am always interested in hearing about how others use agendus. If you had this feature, how would it help you in your particular situation?

This is a feature which very much facilitates fixing dates for common activities in teams.

"When do we fix our next workshop? What about week 23? ... OK, not possible, but then what about week 25?"

That's how we work.

So, if I am understanding correctly, you would like to be able to select a whole week by tapping on a week number to the left of the calendar thereby creating an appointment that would be for a "workshop" that would span that entire week.

Example. "Workshop" Dates: Feb18th -Feb24th

If I am following correctly, I really like this idea. Extremely efficient.

I agree with Daniel (Moccand). It would be nice to select a week by the week number. Our software engineers always advise me when they have an update using week numbers. So, if they tell me that the new software will be ready by week 28, I can look at the week and advise my scheduling. Good call Daniel.

If I am following correctly, I really like this idea. Extremely efficient.

If I am sure that the specific week which I am looking for is ok then your proposal makes sense.

But if I have to check several weeks for free time windows before I can fix the event then your extended feature might be cumbersome - depending on the implementation. And of course this solution should also work for simple meetings.

Based on my experience a simple lookup feature by week number, then displaying the whole selected week to check for free time slots, should be ok for starters.
