Sync AWM <> Agendus for Windows

How do I do to sync the categories from my handheld to Ag f Win? The list of categories does not match at all. I get the right categories from my handheld into the meeting, but it does not display in the list of categories in Ag f Windows.
Example: I open the meeting "Conference" and the categori is "Conference" also in Ag f Win, but the colours and icon does not follow.

I'm a little confused with your post. So you're saying the categories from Outlook DO appear in Agendus for Windows Mobile, but not the colors and icons which you have associated with the categories in Outlook on the PC? Is this accurate?

If I'm correct, the colors and default icons for cateogories do not yet synchronize with Agendus for Windows (Outlook). This will have to be assigned manually in AGWM for the time being. You icon sets will have to also be manually added to the Windows Mobile Device. Please see this Knowledge Base Article (http://support.iambic.com/index.php?_m=knowledgebase&_a=viewarticle&kbarticleid=262) for instructions to do this.

Windows Mobile has different concept of master category list then it is in Oultook - only these categories which are associated to excisting on device records are existing in master category list (automatically added to it), and these categories which are not associated are automatically deleted by Pocket Outlook.

No, it is the other way around (as so often...)

I assigin a category to a task in the WM5-app.
This catogory is imported to the catoegory-filed in Agendus for Windows, BUT the category itself is not added to the list of categories in Ag f W. Therefore also no colours are imported, BUT the icons appear as in WM5.

Have I understood correctly;
- I have to add all categories to Ag f Win myself?
- I have to assign the colours linked to the categories in Ag f WEin myself?

It is a bit tricky to do that, since alla colours "need to" be the same in both appl.

The icon transfer mentioned in the link you send, seems to have worked for me, strangly..

Yes, that is what Micheal is saying. You have it correct. Vladimir also did a nice job of explaining.:) Yes, right now it is a bit tricky but hopefully we will have a feature in the future to do this for us. ;)
