When looking at the split screen agenda view I have the calls and todo's on the bottom half. When a call is completed I check on the box, the call crosses off the list, and the call gets logged into notes. What is the easiest way to log the result of the call (ie. include a brief note about the call contents) in addition to the call being logged? Right now I do this: I check off the call (call gets logged) and the call crosses off the list. Then I go into Contacts, find the contact, open edit mode, go into notes and add the details of the call. Please show me an easier way to automate logging of call details.
