Hello,
If you submit a question through the Iambic support form, how long does it usually take to get a response?

Hi friend,
I would say it depend on which product you have a question.
Agendus is really popular and many are familiar with it. So I would say, 2-3 hours... but if you have a question to sales warrior or alltime - there are not so much people arround using it and then it could take some days perhabs.
But we are all trying to respond to issues/problems/question as soon as possible...!!

I am concerned because I put in a simply inquiry (through the support form) about the Agendus product. Ticket LQY-534582. I put this in last Wednesday, and added a comment on Thursday. So far, no response from anyone. My inquiry was addressed to "sales". I guess I wonder, if nobody will address a pre-sales inquiry, what will technical support be after the sale?
I really like what I've seen of Agendus so far (I downloaded the demo) but I am afraid to purchase it for fear of no support. This forum is great, but sometime you need more.
