To Duplicate user will need to assign icons to all categories including "unfiled".
Tap new in any view.
create appointment
tap category
assign a category other than "unfiled"
tap done
Icon remains default for "unfiled" even though a category is applied
to correct this one has to
tap icon
select "none" in icon selection window
appt edit screen appears and unfiled icon is now gone and words "none" show in icon box
tap categories
deselect your current category and then reselect it again
select done
correct icon for that category now appears
Please note: while playing with this I noticed another problem.
if while selecting an icon for an appointment, one selects more and then taps the new icon button and exits the icon editor before creating an icon, the appointment will show a white box as the icon. Can we have a mechanism in place that would safeguard against a blank icon? Perhaps an error message if one doesn't apply changes to a blank icon?
