Hot sync

I am trying to perform the hot sync between my plam Vx and my iambic agendus for windows, instead of the palm desk top.
If someone has any idea in how to change the hot sync action from the palm desk top to the agenddus for windows please let me know.
I also have the iambic action names in my palm so that´s why I am trying to get the best out of the two softwares.

Agendus for Windows is sharing its data with Palm Desktop (just as Agendus for Palm share data with default palm applications). Thanks to it, for synchronization are used native Palm Desktop conduits. Just make sure that Date Book, Address Book, To Do List, and Memo Pad conduits are configured to synchronize data.
