I've entered 2 count them 2 separate help tickets and have not received back any feedback or information on either of them. I've purchased the iambic travel talk program for windows mobile pocket PC version 1.2. When i go to install it says that it is not a valid device. My device is a Palm Treo 700WX running windows mobile 5.0 ITS BRAND SPANKIN NEW. And yet it will not install, nor will the website allow me to even try the trial version of the smartphone version to see if that one works (Even though I know it wont). PLEASE anyone help me out. if this cool program that i really want does not work i need to be able to get a refund for my payment for the program and find something that will do the same thing
