After posting a support request on the 11th, I've yet to receive any reply other than a link to support page where my request is shown but no response to the request.
Any suggestion on how to contact support directly? Live support is not active.
The problem that I'm asking for support is as follows:
"The entire data of one of two vehicles is missing. When attempting to import an old backup, it refers me to your documentation for instructions. Cannot find instruction. I would prefer to fix the problem without importing an old out of date database. Suggestions?"
