After installing Agendus Windows I got a fatal error and had to hard reset. Now, I've installed a WorldMate update and had the same problem happen. It happens during the MemoPad sync and before I just used the backup memopad to fix it. This time it doesn't seem to be fixing it. The error is:
Fatal Alert
MemoryMgr.c, Line:4384
Freehandle
Can anyone help?

I do not think that it is somehow related to Agendus, as Agendus uses standard Palm Desktop conduit for synchronization of MemoPad data. May be you are using some third-party conduit for MemoPad synchronization? Also, as error occurs on your Palm device, it may be some third-party palm application. But in any case it's not Agendus.

I do not use a third party conduit. I removed Agendus from my Palm and my desktop. I will not reinstall unless I know the problem.

May be your Palm device was low of memory? Or you had too much Memos on the PC to fit them all in Palm memory?

I DO have a lot of memos. Would that cause me to not be able to start the Palm? All I would get was a flashing on and off Palm logo. Is there a SAFE number of memos?

Hi,
That error on your Palm is an error within a palm program and not caused by Agendus. The error is likely within one of the programs on your palm and caused by some action that application is taking when it recieves the hotsync notification.
Removing Agendus for Windows is therefore not likely to resolve the problem.
Vlad was suggesting that perhaps your Palm is very low on memory. There is no safe number of memos, he was referring to the possibility that this error could be related to memory and freeing up some memory might resolve this. However I think it is more likely related to an application having trouble when doing some action after getting hotsync notification.

If I uninstall Worldmate and Agendus from my Palm, and then reinstall Agendus OR Worldmate, I am OK. If I install them BOTH, I crash. The people at Worldmate want to know if you have a workaround because they haven't seen this. I am currently running Agendus and Agendus Desktop for Windows but not Worldmate. I'd like top run them both. Any idea what would conflict with the two?

I do not think that there may be some conflict between Worldmate and Agendus. I've just tried it - works fine for me. When exactly it crashes?

I install Worldmate 9. Then install Agendus. Click Worldmate icon. Get fatal error. Have to hard reset and lose all data.

Actually the problem you are reporting about has nothing to do with Agendus for Windows, please post your report on the Agendus for Palm forum.
