Word Completion - How To Complete Selection

I like the word completion function available in Windows Mobile 5 and AgendusPro. I've elected to have four choices presented each time I begin a new word. Problem is, I can't figure out how to tell the program that I want to use the selected word.

I see that I can use the arrow keys to scroll down to the word I want, but I don't see a way to get the program to finish the word I started writing any other way that by tapping it with my stylus. I can't believe this is the way it works.

I went through the Agendus and Windows Mobile 5 manuals to search for Word Completion, but didn't find anything. A Google search takes me to the Agendus manual, but I just don't see it.

Any assistance would be appreciated.

ps. Why does the program always present a word in the plural. If I start to type door, the program offers doors.

Hi Larry,

The word completion function of the Operating System is at times perplexing. :rolleyes: In order to select a word that is being suggested (in the blue box), you can activate or select it one of two ways: Tap it with the stylus or it can be selected by pressing the middle action button on a dpad.

I would think that because you have your settings for suggesting after 4 letters that the word door is always going to produce a plural result because you have told the OS that you want a suggestion after four letters so that makes sense. If you want to play around with the setting and try the default suggest after 2 letters, that may be a better fit for you.

BTW, the word completion is a WM feature and not an Agendus feature. ;)
