Icons in appointments don't sync

Hi gang!

When I change an appointment's icon in Agendus for Windows and then Hotsync, the entry on the Palm still has the same Icon (or none, for that case...).

Any ideas...? I'm using the standard color Iconset. There is no mixture of icons, it's just that changes of a specific item's icon don't sync.

Please make sure that in Agendus in the right-hand toolbar drop-down picker is selected your Palm device name and that Agendus Extras conduit is configured to synchronize data.

dou you have a macro to generate this automatic reply to all bugs...? ;))

Seriously: that's all set, and event syncing works perfectly. It's just the icons that don't get synced. This seems to happen for events that are on the palm already, (new events work) maybe this leads you to where the problem is...

No, I'm using copy-paste which is also somehow efficient :-)

Icons are synchronized by another conduit then events. That's why I advise to check is it configured to sync the data. If it's configured ok, then please check is you icons sets are the same on the Palm and PC, if thy are, then let me know about it. But if they are different, then please send me your AGW_Extra.log file, you can find it in the Palm Desktop directory (usually C:/Palm).

log file has been attached. One of the events updated its icons, two others didn't.

(Btw: I needed to change the log file name, as the $%$%& system won't let me upload .log files...)

As I may see from the .log file, all icons was successfully synchronized. Try Agendus version 1.02 which will be available for download on the nearest days, there was few fixed in the icons synchronization code.

This might fix your problem, I was having the same thing happen. Set conduit "agendus extras" to Handheld overwrites desktop. Sync, if it comletes then change it to "synchronize". Mine is syncing fine now.

Installed 1.02, tried "Handheld overwrites Desktop" - still no success.

I have assigned Icons from the standard library (which contains the only icons on my Clie) to dates on the desktop, synced, but they don't appear on the Palm.
