View Full Version : Where are pref stored?

I would like to move Agendus from my SD card to my device storage but I dont want to lose all the Preferences I have set up . Could someone please tell me where all the prefs are stored so I can cave those files( Colors, default icons, categories, ect...) then copy them into the new install once I reinstall the program on my device.

Mark, the preferences are stored in your Program Files on the storage card. They are in the folder for >Iambic> AgendusPro

Open that up and you will see them there.

So if I just copy the 'DATA' folder then paste it into the new install I should be ok? I want to try this loaded on the device to see if it will initialize faster. It still opens way too slow with the Icon sets in there

Yep that is the folder. You got it.

Thanks for the help Nancy. I was able to move Agendus to my main memory and keep all my preferences.

You SHOULD actually be able to do this with several other programs that you might already have installed on your main memory and want to move them to your SD card (or visa versa). :D :up:

Everything else runs flawlessly off the SD card. Agendus ran ok but I moved it in hopes of stopping the occasional mystery shutdown of the program and to see if it opened any faster. The mystery shutdowns seem to have stopped but it still opens about as fast as a turtle with arthritis

I am going to have to remember that one when I tell my kids they are moving too slow...LOL:haha:
