Synching new items from desktop contacts to palm

I have recently downloaded agendus and agendus for windows. On the desktop, from the contact mode if I create a new to do/call/meeting related to a contact, and then synch, i received an error message stating that my hh is full,_to do_ could not be added. Is this a known problem that is being addressed, or can you not sync new items from contacts to (hh) to do?
