BillRate version 1.6 has been released

Hi,

as you probably saw already from the thread in the news related forums, as of a couple of days ago we released BillRate. Now fully WM5 and 6 compatible, in addition to bringing in various usability improvements.

If you are someone upgrading from version 1.5 or below, you might want to take a look at this KB article explaining the (rather easy) upgrade process:

As far as the license code, you'll receive it in a day or so.

Can you please tell me what usability improvements have been made to version 1.6 as i have downloaded and installed 1.6 and it dosen't seem to be any better than 1.5

Improvements and Functionality Refinements.


Introduced compatibility with Windows Vista
Changed the default storage location of the .dat file from the BillRate folder to My Documents
Added "Remove Filter" functionality to quickly remove an applied filter
Improved the "Go to Today" button
Added "check for updates" functionality
Added right-click access in the main list for creating common "New" entries
Rearranged the File->New menu to be more intuitively organized


Don't think I would need to upgrade for these Improvements!
