Some entries, especially in To Do's involving contacts, become automatically 2 lines, where 1 line is enough to display all data.

Maybe it expects a phone# for a call! Usually happens for me when there is a Follow-up! When I enter the Ph#, the line gets filled upto the 2nd line, and deleting it then sometimes helps. Happens in Meetings as well! Weird inconsistency!

It seems to me this only ccurs for me when there's an associated contact and the text of the name and the descripton are long enough to warrant two lines, BUT ANDB truncates the name and the (assuming the description is short) we are left with a blank line. I don't think Iambic finished thinking the logic through on this one.

Multi-line behaves rather oddly overall. By the way, I use C-F-L style of names (Company, First name, Last name).

The name format is a useful variable to identify - I stick with plain Jane lastname, first name - in case that's part of the muddled wrapping logic floating around inside of AN5.

In 5.01 blank line popping up in multi-line display has been fixed. However, another problems with multi-line display still remains.... There are definitely problems with multi-line logic...

Here are my cases. I use C-F-L (Company-First-Last) orders...

1. I have a To-Do with a person name Patrick Smith who works for Xencor (names and company withheld)...

I am creating a To-Do saying "feedback on pitch book"

Then it should have said (in multi-lines)

Xencor (Patrick Smith)
Feedback on pitch book

Instead, it says:

Xencor (P Feedback
on pitch book

It looks like it is trying to cramp at least 1 word on the first line, therefore fail to display entire name.

2. I have a meeting with a person name Abcdefg Hijk who works for Anthony Sachs (names and company withheld)...

I am creating a meeting saying "Wedding - AB Center"

Then it should have said (in multi-lines)

Anthony Sachs (Abcdefg Hijk)
Wedding - AB Center

Instead, it simply says:

Anthony B Wedding -

There is no second line... It just ignores all texts after the "-"...

I have used the same number of alphabet (although not the same ones) as my real problematic ones.

Nope... I was wrong. Blank line bug still exists in 5.01. although not as often as 5.00.

Here is an example. I am still using C-F-L display.

I want to make a Call to Johnny Abcd who works in Xancor (once again names/companies withheld), regarding "Fghi"

It should have said:

Xancor (Johnny Abcd)
Fghi

Instead, it displays:

Xancor (Johnny Fghi
<a blank line>

Yup... Still a blank line...

I was using 5.00 instead of 5.01! Stupid me...

The new version is very nice, especially with "Contact Only on 1st Line" option.

Above bugs are MOSTLY squashed although there are some. In both cases I am using C-F-L display and "Contact Only on 1st line" option.

1. Empty line... Still happens when 1) contact name cannot be fully displayed on the first line and 2) there is no description for the meeting... Yup. Empty 2nd line.

2. If last line of the display in agenda view is a multi-line To Do, and because of the multi-line To Do, a scroll bar must be shown, the program doesn't show the scroll bar.
