HELP Button Doesn't Work

The HELP button doesn't work when clicked on within any part of the program, only access is from the START menu. Anyone else have this problem? How do I fix it? I've tried to reinstall, that doesn't work. Any ideas would be wonderful!

We have had few reports of this but are unsure what is causing it. The help file is in the Microsoft Compressed HTML Help file format which is a relatively new help file format.

Can you tell us what version of Windows you are using, also what version of Internet Explorer you have?

I am running Windows XP and Internet Explorer V 6.0.26 on the Desktop and Windows 98 on my Laptop & I don't run Internet Explorer on the Laptop.
