Transfer Agendus data from Palm to WM Smartphone

Hi everybody!
I just switched from using Treo Smartphone to Windows Mobile phone. I used Agendus on my Treo and wondering is there any tip or a trick how to transfer the Palm Agendus data to Agendus for Windows Mobile Smartphone. I wanna keep the same pics that are associated with the contacts and meetings which have notes....

Any toughts?
