HELP!!! Agendus 1.02 Hotsync issue!!!

Ijust downloaded agendus std 1.02 and it is freezing my palm (OS 5)!! I have to reset it every time I hotsync!!! My Palm is using agendus 5.35. What is the issue??? It will not hotsync with desktop software!
