I see that you can sort ToDo's by all numebr of things including icon, but how do I sort them by category, so that each category lists together?
I am using categories to seperate weekday, afterwork, and weekend stuff. I don't want them showing up mingled with each other.
is there a way?

Give each Category an icon and sort by icon

Yes I have been using icons for this purpose, but it would be nice to free them up to do other things which they do better.
Cheers.

And am I missing something, or does Agendus not automatically assign an icon by category if the To-do was created on the desktop (and not specifically assigned an icon, which is impossible to do in Act! for example)
Also, unless I am wrong, sort by icon puts all non-icon to-dos at the top, which seems a little backwards to me...

Hi,
Correct the icon set to each category is applied when the to do is created in Agendus. To dos created in other applications do not add the text string to the notes which tells Agendus which icon is associated with this to do.
No text string means there is no icon linked to this to do. It is done this way because some users do not like the note being added to the to do and so if they do not use icons on the to dos then there is no note.
Also the sort by icon does put to dos with no icons at the top, this has been noted and hopefully can be reversed for a future update.
