Agendus Pro + MDA Touch

-on my MDA Touch i can define for every contact a spezial mp3 ringtone
but with Agendus mobile it is not possible.

-when i sync with AS to Outlook XP i have on each contact to defined groups (my one and Kontake)

ths same ist on my calendar

what can be the problem?

- i defined icons for spezial groups, but i don´t see them

Hi Oliver,

I am sorry for your problems. I need to ask some questions to make sure I am understanding you correctly.

First, it is correct that Agendus does not have a feature to assign ringtones at this time. You can still do this through the native contacts of the touch for the time being.

Second, I am not sure what your problem is regarding groups... I am assuming you are referring to categories? Can you be more specific?

Third, how are you assigning your icons to your categories exactly? Give me the exact steps and results.

i have outlook, and there are all contacts spezified to some Categories, but on my ppc there are two categories selected ??

OK, for your categories, do you have the exact categories on your Touch that are in Outlook? They have to be exactly the same on the device. Do you see all of them listed properly in agendus preferences for theme manager? If not you need to add them onto the Touch in order to work.

When you reopen the icon defauts, are the icons still there? If so, this is normal. Pre-existing items will not take on the new category icons. We are aware of this. To work around this you can open the items and deselect their category and reselect it and then they should work. If you have many appointments, I go into Outlook on the PC and change them there.
