Is there a way versions 5 and 6 can coexist, so we can do beta testing but still use Agendus with confidence?
Is it easy to revert back to my registered version 5 after the beta test?
Thanks,
Jorge

I have the Tungsten T . I've installed Agendus 6 Beta. You probably arleady know, but:
1. today view causes crash
2. crash causes program to ask for activation code, each time
so far all i've noticed

I've got v5 in flash on my Clie NR70V and v6 in RAM (not intentionally, I just forgot I'd put Agendus in flash). They seem to coexist fine at the moment, though I'm sure to find a snag later. It's backed up <g>.
The launcher icon launches v6 whereas the hard button switches me back to v5 - not sure why it's working like that, but that's how it is at the moment.

Steve, what app did you use to put it in ROM.
Email me privately at roderickvb@yahoo.com.

No secret - JackFlash (and JackSprat to remove unwanted languages and demos - gives me several MB of flash). I have most of the iOffice apps in flash.

I've now found one glitch with this arrangement. If I exit v6 in Today view, v5 crashes if I try to use it. Since I've started up v5 in error a couple of times, I've now taken it off my Clie during testing (it's on my main MemoryStick to drop back in should v6 fall about my ears <g>).

The following demo code is not sticking:
AKKKS-RFPHF-ARAFG-27JAN2003
This morning I got the 1 day left message.
I entered the code again, and it took.
However, this happened on Sat 12/28.
I entered the code again, and it was fine.
I thought this was a fluke, so I did not report it.
Since Build 261, I have not installed Agendus.
I do sync with Agendus for Windows. Since each has a code, I don't think that would be a problem.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I have been using agendus 5.35 and downloaded agendus 6.0 beta build 258. After using it for about 3 weeks, the program asked me to upgrade. I did not use this site before and did not know of a special upgrade prioce for previous users. I just paid 24.95 about an hour ago and after learning from this site that the upgrade from 5.35 to 6.0 is only 9.95.
1. How can I get the proper credit of the difference?
2. The beta program is not accepting the code you sent when I paid for the upgrade. I have since purchased a new device since my previoue AN purchase. Can you help with the new code needed to release the beta pregram.
3. I would be very interested in being involved in the Beta testing program as I have been using AN for quite a long time.

After following the instruction regarding the installation of Agendus 6 I removed Agendus 5.35 and installed and ran "6".
Agendus 6 worked well and I removed it in order to repalce Agendus 5.35. When I reinstalled and ran 5.35 it crashed my Palm IIIXE. Everything else on my XE worked but I cannot reinstall 5.35. Have tried several times with no success. As a result I now have to run Agendus 6. I would be happy with Agendus 6 at the upgrade price, as I upgraded to 5.35, but I'm not sure I qualify. I am very happy with your product and would like to continue using either 5.35 or 6. Could you please advise.

Just a thought... when you deleted v6 and rolled back what views did you leave your database in? If you're trying to open v5 with a database view new to v6 (e.g. "Today") you may find v5 crashes. Possible fix is to reload v6 and make sure all the views are v5 compatible; failing that, remove the Agendus database entirely - you can keep your address book, datebook and todo lists but lose all Agendus specific info.
Just a suggestion from a user...

This was caused by the palm trying to use Agendus 6 prefs on Agendus 5.x
To revert back you'll need to
1) delete the current version
2) hotsync
3) queue the 5.x version for installation
4) hotsync again
