thank you in advance for your help
i am trying to install a health/diet program on my Motorola i930
i first tried FintessPlus and it was a disaster requiring a hard reset, reinstallation of ActiveSync, etc.
i am now trying Health and Fitness
after installation of the pc application the program did not synchronize with the i930 - activesync error message is no programs are available
so i copied the cab file to the device and tried to install from there - the error message on the device indicated that the program was not digitally signed with a trusted certificate
both above using the manager file as directions
i am just trying to count and sum calories and this is very frustrating

Hi bardshg,
Welcome to the forums. I am going to move this post to the Health and Diet Manager portion of our forums.
It sounds to me as if you may be trying to install the Pocket pc (touchscreen devices) version instead of the Smartphone version. What is the name of the .cab file you are using?

BTW, the files names should be as such for Smartphone (non touchscreen device)
English files look like this:
healthdiet_sm_en.cab
healthdiet_sm_en.exe

Hi bardshg,
Sorry if you missed my link above. If you look at the requirements for Health and Diet Manager, you will see that it requires WM5.0 and up. That could of been why you where having problems with the last product you tried too. Always check software requirements before downloading and installing because it can be disastrous.

so how do i upgrade to this version?

You cannot use our software unless your device Operating System is upgraded. I am sure you can do a google search on your device and see if there is a ROM upgrade for it. This is strictly up to your device manufacturer and if there is no ROM upgrade for your device you are out of luck unfortunately. That means you can only use software that supports Windows Mobile 2003 SE.

OK great. Let me know if it works out for you. Glad to hear they have an update for your device.
My Treo700wx has sadly been excluded from the new WM6 Upgrade.
