Hi,
in order to provide an higher level of technical and sales support to our user base we recently changed the focus of these forums from a support-oriented community to a feedback / suggestions / tips / general discussion forum.
Support questions are now handled on a one-to-one level through our Support Center (http://support.iambic.com).
