I sent a message to support, but perhaps someone can help me here.

I installed Propel, and had it running nicely. I synced a number of skins (which I downloaded from the Iambic site) to RAM. (I can confirm they are there).

I go to:

Menu -> Application -> Preferences -> Layout (skins).

but the only thing that is in the dropdown is DEFAULT.

I've tried a complete reinstall, but that didn't help. I'm sort of mystified.

Suggestions appreciated.

I am having the same problem with the skins. When you receive an answer from tech support, would you please post it here.

Hey Jerry,

I managed to figure it out - It's a version problem. The skins currently on the Iambic site do not work with the Version 2 of Propel, (or the current version of Initiate (now in version 3)). If however, you get a version 3 skin for Initiate (a google search will find it for you), they show up, and work just fine.

For what it's worth, I've heard there are some compatibility issues with the skins, but they do show up fine in the preferences screen, and seem to work perfectly with Propel. I'm sure Iambic with update theirs's soon.
