Bug in the Day Split View

On my NR70V, when you use the up arrow of the split line to view the todo full screen, it erase the top of the screen. You must refresh the view or change the view to have the menu again.

This also happens on the tungsten T

When using the day split view after I hit the up arrow for the to do list then the down arrow the icons at the bottom of the screen appear to be overlaid w/ part of the to do list - as I scroll thru to do's whichever part was of the original todo was over the icon buttons at the bottom stays there.
Same thing happens at the top of the screen too.

Thanks, yes it will happen in this view on all devices when pressing the scroll up button. This is being corrected.

This same bug is also in Today View, when changing background image. I have a Tungsten T.

Sometimes the screen is overwritten, sometimes the bottom icon bar disappears.
