With the latest 3.31 update, there is a calculation error with the "Cost of Ownership". The program on both the PC and Windows Mobile calculate the value based on the vehicle starting at 0 reguardless of what I enter as the starting milage for the vehicle.

I also have noted the problem with the milage auto fill that Hookey indicated.

Hi,
I'm sorry no one has replied to you on this problem with Vehicle Manager. Have you submitted a Tech Support ticket? (http://support.iambic.com/index.php?_m=tickets&_a=submit) Technical Support is not handled here on the forums. Thanks.

Yes, I submitted a trouble ticket on the 16th, but there is no record of the ticket.

The ticket number I recieved via email was XPL-735259.

It has now been over two weeks since I submitted a trouble ticket and still no response.

And almost three weeks since my orgional post.

This is not encouraging me to try any of iambic's other products!

Omar,

Have you tried to contact iambic again with a followup about the ticket? Things happen and maybe there is some mixup. Mistakes happen sometimes. The best way to make sure you are still on the radar is to follow up to Tech Support.

Hi Omar,
I'm not sure why you're having so much difficulty, and it's especially bizarre that there is no record of your ticket. Please send me a Private message with the following and I'll help you with your issue:

- redescribe, in detail your original submission on the problem you're experiencing
- your email used when submitting the ticket
- your real name
- the name you used when submitting the ticket (if different)
- a copy of the text on the auto-reply email you received after submitting the ticket

I plan to help you on the problem, despite the absence of your ticket, but in addition to helping you, we need to know why it was lost. We obviously don't want that to happen again.

Thanks.

Hi Omar,
If I'm not mistaken, I believe someone is taking care of you now. Am I correct?
