I have Vehicle Manager V3.1 Desktop and Pocket PC purchased before the takeover by Iambic.

When I tried to enter my e-mail address to upgrade to the latest version, a message states that it's not recognised as an Iambic customer.

I've downloaded the trial version thinking I could register it as a full version using my existing license but haven't done so just in case my license won't be recongised and I'll have to purchase another license.

My question is, do customers who have purchased full versions of Vehicle manager and Trip Tracker (if it's ever released!) etc, prior to the Iambic take-over have to buy a new license to get the latest version?

getting right to the point with solutions for you:

get in touch with our sales team (http://support.iambic.com/index.php?_m=tickets&_a=submit&step=1&departmentid=3) with info such as your first, last name and if you still have around original order number. They should be able to pull up your record (chances are we have a different email address on record for you).

nope -- since at iambic we are nice and sensitive to upgrades :) -- getting the latest version of products such as Vehicle Manager and Trop Tracker is at the moment free of charge for owners of the previous versions.
