Billing Amount Update V1.61

I recently switched from 1.5 to 1.61. When I input multiple hours the billing amount does not update unless I go back into the item, open billing and click calc. In 1.5 the amount would automatically update when you saved the item. Have I not set something correctly or is this a problem.

If you are doing something wrong then so am I. It seems that the billing amount will not be corrected when exiting the record for the first time, only when the record is re-opened is the billing amount adjusted.
