Well, 1.62 works on my HTC (T-Mobile Wing), but alas, I ccanot sync. Here's the error:
UNABLE TO ESTABLISH CONNECTION. PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOUR DEVICE IS CONNECTED AND BILLRATE HAS BEEN PROPERLY INSTALLED.
Of course, the PocketPC/Phone ActiveSYnc with EVERYTHING else just fine, so I know that the PPC and Activesync is working; therefore, the problem is limited to BillRate. The rror is generated by BillRate on the desktop when I select File -> Sync from the menu.
A little help on this would be appreciated!
(I don't know why I keep trying to use this software?!?!? I have emails on here that have gone without reply from Tech Support - just like Two Peaks. Maybe time to flood the web with "reviews" on 1.6 and look for alternate solutions. I am angry - and a solid program is needed.)
