YC 2.21 b136<block caller>

I'm using the 2.21 136 version of the YCP over a 680, but the block caller function stills inoperative.

The incoming call windows stills inoperative too.

I can confirm this, but this is not surprising, since this beta was not supposed to introduce compatibility for the Treo680.

Unfortunately it looks as though Iambic has given up on trying to provide full functionality of YourCall Pro with the Treo 680 (which handles many call-related functions in a unique way), although I hope I am wrong about this...

Iambic's developers are still hard at work on YC. Unfortunately, Palm threw a monkeywrench into the mix when the introduced the GSM Centro, which had enough changes to really muddy the coding waters. It didn't make sense to half fix it. Be patient just a little while longer.
