Error trying to run April 24 release for windows

I get the following error when trying to run the new release of April 23: (triptracker_win_en.exe)

Was your handheld connected to ActiveSync when you tried to install? This would be the most common reason for this.

If not, try terminating ActiveSync via the Task Manager...

- Pres Ctrl+Shift+Esc on your keyboard
- Click on the 'Image Name' column to sort it, then click it again to sort descending
- Find wcescomm.exe, select it and 'End Process'
- Try the install again
- Restart Active Sync via the Start Menu

Thank you Michael, that did the job.
Now I just have over 1,000 unresolved issues and it appears that ActivSync is "hanging" as it has shown "synchronizing" for about 30 minutes as reported on other threads.
