Trying to reinstall TripTracker for Windows

I had to replace my hard drive and am now trying to reinstall TripTracker onto by IBM T40 laptop. I keeping getting an install error that shows the path to TTSyncDesktop.dll, with the following message:

"Unable to register the DLL/OCX: RegSvr32 failed with exit code 0x3"

Any insight to what's happening?

Please make sure Active Sync is closed (to system tray).
