I have not had problems with TT until this week I did a sync and ran into a problem. I keep getting and error that either there is not enough space (almost 9mg available) or the file is write protected or I don't have permissions to copy the TripTracker.dat file? I have rebooted both the desktop and the HH - still no luck. I have also downloaded and installed the newest versions (however even after installing the 4.1 to the desktop and getting the att-a-boy screen that it was done, About still says 4.0 build 128?! Anybody know what is going on and how to fix it?

Please, can you provide information about your device and versions you ran (OS on desktop, TT on HH and so on)?
For your "About - version" problem, have you tried to delete your cache and retried to download version 4.1 and installed?

OS on the Desktop is Win XP Pro
The HH OS is WM 6
The HH Version of TT is 4.1 build 134
Regarding "clearing the cache on the DT and reloading 4.1", I need a little clarification on that. The box has been completely shut down, several times (we lost power this morning), but regardin manually clearing the cache, I would need some more explination on that one...

I have just run into the exact same problem today. I'm running WM5 on Treo 700w. Just installed 4.1 on both desktop (Win XP Pro). HH has v. 4.1 buld 134. Get unresolved item on activesync and same error message as you get.

What I meant was the cache of your browser and, if necessary, of your proxy.

Well, nothing seems to work. I've uninstalled and reinstalled TT v.4.11 several times on both desktop and HH. I've tried manually copying the TripTracker.dat file from desktop to mobile device (Treo700w). I've tried everying I could find on this site and have even done a complete hard reset of the entire devise and reinstalled all programs, etc. but I still cannot successfully sync TT. Before this error appeared (yesterday), it would indicate 14 items when looking for changes. Now it shows anywhere between 800 and 1700 items and activesync gets hung up at about 1/3 to 1/2 of the way through and I have to manually stop AS and reset the device. I guess I will have to deactivate TT from AS until someone figures out what the problem is and how to fix it.

I have the same problem. I've downloaded the latest version of Triptracker V4.11 Build 138 onto my PC and Ipaq. When Active sync tries to synchronise with my Ipaq, the memory gradually drops from 12.6MB down to less than 1MB then everything seems to stop until I reset my Ipaq without successfully synchronising Triptracker.
