View Full Version : Cannot get v4.1.1 to launch after upgrading

I tried to upgrade from v. 3.9.2 to the new v. 4.11. After loading it and then launching the new version, I get an error message that says:

"There was an error opening the TripTracker database. Please uninstall TripTracker from your computer and reinstall it. If necessary, you can download the latest version of TripTracker from www.iambic.com."

I tried this several times and I still get the same message each time I try to launch it. Once I click on the "ok" button on the above error message, TripTracker closes down and it will not work.

If this issue isn't solved, please contact the support team (http://support.iambic.com/index.php?_m=tickets&_a=submit).

Please include all possible information (e.g. what exactly you have done before you get the message, version numbers of software, sync options if applicable and so on).

I did send in a ticket for this on 11 July and still no response. They are so slow to respond!
