Hi Everyone,

Below you will find Agendus for BlackBerry beta build 110.

For guidelines to our beta please refer to this thread (http://support.iambic.com/forum/showthread.php?t=34374). For more information about Agendus for BlackBerry please refer to:

- the latest up-to-date feature list (http://support.iambic.com/forum/showthread.php?t=34375)
- the screenshot collection (http://support.iambic.com/forum/showthread.php?t=34373)

In order to install the application, please download and unzip somewhere the file attached to this thread, then using the BlackBerry Desktop Manager (version 4.5 or above suggested, but not required) select "Application Loader" -> "Install Application" -> "Start" and select the file "Agendus.alx" to start the installation process. Upon release, or later on during the beta, it will be possible to install Agendus over the air as well.

Some of the items listed below were previously listed as "known issues," that have now been corrected/implemented.

Thanks for reviewing this beta. We look forward to your feedback and suggestions.

- Michael

Items addressed since beta build 109 (http://support.iambic.com/forum/showthread.php?t=34376)

Functionality Refinements
- Addressed the inability to launch Agendus for some beta testers

- Today View: Added the ability to view and reply to email messages

- All Calendar views now show “repeat” indicators

- Appointments/Tasks: Added searching capability when adding a contact to the event

- Appointments/Tasks: Added the ability to add a “Company only” contact which doesn't have a First or Last name

- Contacts: Corrected notes for a contact not appearing on the “Details” screen

- Week Views: Corrected associated Contact name not showing on events in these views

- Appointments: Resolved a stability issue occurring upon saving after changing the reminder from its default to 'None'

- Appointments: Corrected an edited record not saving as expected if using 'Esc' button in edit dialog after editing and saving the schedule

- Resolved a stability issue occurring following a demo code entry after having accessed the dialog via 'Request Demo'

KNOWN ISSUES THAT WILL BE ADDRESSED IN AN UPCOMING BETA BUILD
- Contacts added to appointments are set as “attendee” on the native record, thus treating it as a meeting invite
- Week Views: Description will not show in many cases if a contact is associated with an event
- Month View Expanded Mode is currently under construction, and therefore build 110 contains a link to the built-in calendar's month view.
- Preferences not fully implemented
- Today View: Interaction with Contacts on messages not present yet
- A few inconsistencies might be visible when creating or browsing through "All Day" type of events
- Today View: Recent Messages not working as expected
- Trial reminders are slightly inaccurate.
- When using b110 we suggest to set the synchronization options for calendar to "desktop overwrite handheld" since from recent tests there might be some inconsistency introduced by Agendus for BlackBerry during record update. This will be addressed in one of the next beta builds.

Forgot to mention, currently installing over will not overwrite a previous install. Until we make some versioning ID changes or until after the official release, you will need to uninstall each beta build before installing a new one.

You can, of course do this on the device via Options->Advanced Options->Applications->[MENU]->Delete or via the Desktop Manager Application Loader. Depending on the device, a soft reset may be required.
