Hi Folks,
Starting with my comments from Build 110.
Today View
> There is a preference to show a maximum number of items up to 7. Would be more useful if there was a setting to show a certain number of days ahead for calendar items. Same in build 111
> A pure number of incomplete tasks to show would be fine in the today view. Need to incorporate some sort of task sorting priority to determine which incomplete tasks to show. I would like to turn off showing completed tasks in this (and most other views).Same in build 111
> Quote of the Day, Day in History and Weather are working fine.Same in Build 111
> Ability to re-order the different categories in the Today view would be nice.Same in Build 111
> Recent message count seems to work, no message preview is shown. Same in Build 111
One Day View
> Scrolling through this view works fine for me if tasks are not shown. I can see all my appointments as I scroll.
> Once tasks are turned on I cannot scroll past the last task shown on the top level of the screen.
> Need an option to hide completed tasks in this view, or use the option from the task view here also.
> Would like a simple agenda view option for this that only shows the start/end time of meetings not blocked out by time.
> Option to have meetings on top and tasks on the bottom when showing tasks in this view.
All the above the same in Build 111
Week View List
> Needs an option to hide completed tasks
> Needs an option to have meetings first and tasks second.
> Needs an option to have the seven days shown start on Sunday, Monday or Today (to show the next seven days).
Task View
> Need to have day seperators to divide tasks by due date when showing multiple tasks
> Would like a filter that shows today and past due
> Would like to have sort order options showns.
Above all the same in Build 111
> New to Build 111 is the preference for showing tasks in Week view. I would like this to be seperate for grid and list view. I personally would like to see task in list view, but not in grid mode.
Contact View Compact/Expanded
> View is only showing my first seven contacts and will not let me scroll past them.
> Expanded view seems to scroll fine.
Same in Build 111
General Observations
> Would like to be able to edit all preferences when entering the preferences screen. A drop down menu in the preferences screen to choose which preference to edit would be useful.Thank you for adding this capability!
> Putting all the views in the main menu would be very useful in saving clicks and trackball actions.
> Font size is a bit small for me. Hopefully a future build will allow for changing the font sizes for each view.
> Option to show the name associated with a meeting/task on the right hand side versus the left hand side to keep alignment on all items.
> New to Build 111 - entering activation code with OS4.5.0.55 does not lock up Agendus after closing it. It does however require the entering of the code each time you close and open up Agnedus for BB
New Preferences to Build 111
- Meeting Defaults the duration value shows numbers from 1 to 23. I am assuming these are hours? I would think most people would be looking for minute values (15, 30, 45, 60, 90...) like you have in the alarm preset value in this preference dialog.
- Task Preferences for date should have an entry for selected day. So that if I am looking at a day in Agendus and select a new task the default is the day that is currently selected.
That is all for now - looking for feedback from other members and Iambic on these comments!

Hi Mark,
thanks for all the feedback and suggestions above. Couple of quickies here:
1. if something you suggested is not in the "what's new" list reported in the beta, then we didn't add it (yet). No need to re-report it.
2. Preference refinements: preferences right now are quite far from the level I'd like them to be. Expect a number of additional prefs coming up in the next builds.
3. > New to Build 111 - entering activation code with OS4.5.0.55 does not lock up Agendus after closing it. It does however require the entering of the code each time you close and open up Agnedus for BB
actually there's no need to re-enter the code. Just select the "continue in limited mode" button -- the labels on that dialog are messed up in b111. Fix coming up in b112.

Good comments from Mark.
I'd like to add:
- Tasks created in Agendus if opened in “BB tasks” result in the error “Uncaught exception:java.lang.NullPointerException” unless the task is opened first in Agendus, i.e. opened again after being initially created.
- Agendus opens reasonably quickly in most views, but if it is in Today View it takes 6-7 seconds to open.
Today View
- Messages still do not work, i.e. messages can't be seen or opened here. It does show a recent message number, but that doesn't seem to reflect the number of unread messages, number of messages today or number of messages in past few days so I'm not sure what the number means)
- It would be nice to be able to filter tasks in this view so that only certain categories of tasks or certain priorities of tasks are seen
- Completed tasks appear in the date they were due instead of the date they were completed, e.g. a task completed July 5 but due July 10 is only shown on July 10 which implies that it was finished on July 10 and it is only if the task is opened that you can see it was completed July 5. It should appear on the date completed or at least have the option of showing either due date or completion date.
One Day View
- It would be nice to have the option of the tasks appearing at the bottom instead of the top
- The view starts at midnight. It would be nice to have the option of a start and end time for the view, also an option to compress meeting entries.
Keep up the good work.

Rick - I also would like a start/end time for viewing days. Also would like an agenda type view that only shows the meetings with their times but does not show empty time.

So after installing 111 I am able to launch the program once again.
One thing I have noticed is when I try to collapse or expand certain sections the expands or collapse's the one before the one that I selected

Love the screen overall! It's exactly what I need and can't get from a BB Theme.
I'd like the ability to color-code (even if it's as simple as a preceding colored bullet) my calendar items based on category. I agree that having the ability to display items by number of days instead of number of items would be useful.
The weather forecast is fine as it, but would be better if I had the ability to show the forecast for a specific number of days. And, it would be more useful for me if each day was represented by a small icon reflecting the forecast, the high/low for that day, and some sort of day name indicator. For example if tomorrow (Saturday) was supposed to be sunny, I'd only need a sun icon, the high temp and the low temp, and text indicating it was the forecast for Saturday ("Sat"?)

Please add shortcuts or view cycle functionality to allow for quick access to views. Also, it would be nice to have ability for a jump to task view from the task section in the Today View.

9-Day Weather Report
The bottom part of the letters for each day is chopped. Appears like the details are in a table and the row height is too small.

Thanks. Based on your response, I switched my theme and the issue went away. For some reason, the font associated with the theme caused the letters to chop off on this screen only.

I got a chance to sit down and try out this version some more last night. My additional comments/suggestions:
Include the ability to leave the due time blank on tasks; I don't always need a task done by a certain time.
On the today screen, have the appointments that have already passed either grey out or drop of the list completely (I'd use the latter).
On the today screen, it would be helpful if clicking on a header brought up a small menu for that PIM item (i.e., clicking on the Task bar showed a menu that would allow me to quickly add a new task instead of having to hit the main menu button, choosing "New" and then picking what new PIM item I wanted to add).

Hi Mark,
Below is my feedback/status/comments on your list.
> Quote of the Day, Day in History and Weather are working fine.Same in Build 111Today View I've added these to our list, plus some little extras.
> Ability to re-order the different categories in the Today view would be nice.Same in Build 111This is already on possible in the current (yet not complete) preferences. There is a Move Up/Move Down option in the menu.
Today View> Recent message count seems to work, no message preview is shown. Same in Build 111Preview added to our list.
One Day View
> Scrolling through this view works fine for me if tasks are not shown. I can see all my appointments as I scroll.
> Once tasks are turned on I cannot scroll past the last task shown on the top level of the screen. On our fix list.
One Day View> Need an option to hide completed tasks in this view, or use the option from the task view here also. Will be present in the completed preferences.
> Would like a simple agenda view option for this that only shows the start/end time of meetings not blocked out by time.
One Day View> Option to have meetings on top and tasks on the bottom when showing tasks in this view.Added to our list.
Week View List
> Needs an option to hide completed tasks
> Needs an option to have meetings first and tasks second.
> Needs an option to have the seven days shown start on Sunday, Monday or Today (to show the next seven days). All on our list.
Task View
> Need to have day seperators to divide tasks by due date when showing multiple tasks
> Would like a filter that shows today and past due
> Would like to have sort order options showns. All on our list already.
> New to Build 111 is the preference for showing tasks in Week view. I would like this to be seperate for grid and list view. I personally would like to see task in list view, but not in grid mode.Good idea. Let's revisit this one. Remind me about this one later on.
Contact View Compact/Expanded
> View is only showing my first seven contacts and will not let me scroll past them.I cannot reproduce this.
General Observations
> Putting all the views in the main menu would be very useful in saving clicks and trackball actions. The menus would become too long, as we have lots of items that will be added in the future.
General Observations
> Font size is a bit small for me. Hopefully a future build will allow for changing the font sizes for each view.On our list.
> Option to show the name associated with a meeting/task on the right hand side versus the left hand side to keep alignment on all items.Maybe something to consider in a future update.
> New to Build 111 - entering activation code with OS4.5.0.55 does not lock up Agendus after closing it. It does however require the entering of the code each time you close and open up Agnedus for BBNo it doesn't, you just need to use 'Continue Trial'. Although we will be making further improvements here.
New Preferences to Build 111
- Meeting Defaults the duration value shows numbers from 1 to 23. I am assuming these are hours? I would think most people would be looking for minute values (15, 30, 45, 60, 90...) like you have in the alarm preset value in this preference dialog.Well, you're partially correct. The values should not be 1-23, but also not limited to minutes. This will be addressed once the preferences are complete.
- Task Preferences for date should have an entry for selected day. So that if I am looking at a day in Agendus and select a new task the default is the day that is currently selected. On the list.
That is all for now - looking for feedback from other members and Iambic on these comments! Thanks again...despite many of these are already planned, they were all great observations.

Hi everyone,
I've attempted to address each item mentioned above. This thread has be rather lengthy, so unless you have a reply to the existing posts here, plese start a new thread. So any new features or problems should go in a new thread, but comments to those already here can be added.
Thank you all for the great feedback here. It has been very helpful.

I can't reproduce the inability to open messages. It's working fine for me. Which device/OS/carrier? The count is not accurate, and this is on our list.!
I'm using a BB 8830, OS 4.2.2.196 and my carrier is Bell Canada and my BB inbox has about 45 incoming e-mails from the past week (I delete e-mails older than 1 week from my BB inbox) My e-mails are via Lotus Notes on a BES.
